**Job Opportunity - AGM (Heat Treatment)**

**Location**: Ludhiana
**Salary**: ₹90,000 to ₹1,00,000 (Lacs) per month

**Role Overview**:
The AGM - Heat Treatment will be responsible for leading, managing, and enhancing the heat treatment function with a focus on productivity, process improvement, and cost optimization. The role will ensure zero customer complaints, strengthen metallurgical quality standards, develop alternate heat-treatment resources, and drive skill development across the department. The position also plays a key role in supplier management, new part development, and customer approval processes while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all heat treatment operations to achieve productivity, quality, and cost goals.
- Ensure metallurgical quality standards and zero customer complaints.
- Implement process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and monitor alternate heat-treatment suppliers.
- Drive new part development and ensure customer approvals.
- Conduct skill development programs for the heat treatment team.
- Maintain compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with QA, Production, NPD, and Maintenance teams.
- Support adoption of new technologies and best practices in heat treatment.
- Monitor equipment health and coordinate preventive maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
