Operation Executive job role
- Schedule and coordinate pest control service appointments with clients.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of pest control services.
- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations.
- Evaluate environmental factors that may contribute to pest problems.
- Develop customized pest control treatment plans based on the specific needs of each client.
- Recommend appropriate pest control methods and products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise and train field technicians in proper pest control techniques and equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans, procedures, and expected outcomes.
- Address client concerns and questions regarding pest control services.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details, products used, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare reports on pest control activities and outcomes for management and clients.
- Ensure all pest control operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement safety measures to protect clients, employees, and the environment during pest control operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of pest control products and equipment.
- Order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels for operations.
- Provide training and support to new employees and technicians on pest control methods and safety practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in pest management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with clients after service to ensure satisfaction and address any on-going pest issues.
- Analyse pest control challenges and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
- Adapt treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and inspection results.

**Requirements**:
Ø Experience in operations, convincing and communication skill.

Ø Minimum 1-3yrs experience.

Ø MS office, computer knowledge.

Ø Minimum qualification Bachelor degree.

Ø Ready to take responsibilities and challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹257,460.00 - ₹281,460.00 per year
