Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to head end-to-end plant operations at a leading manufacturing facility. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, compliance, digital transformation, and scalability in rubber/silicone-based manufacturing with cleanroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and EHS functions.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, USFDA, and cleanroom standards.
  • Drive OEE improvement, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices.
  • Optimize manpower, material, and machine utilization to reduce costs.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives – ERP (Business Central), CRM (Salesforce), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), AI-driven analytics.
  • Execute CAPEX projects for automation, new product industrialization, and plant expansion.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams to drive ownership and accountability.

Candidate Profile:
15+ years' experience in plant operations with focus on rubber/silicone/polymer manufacturing.
Strong exposure to extrusion, moulding, medical-grade cleanroom production.
Proven track record in OEE improvement & operational cost optimization.
Practical knowledge of CRM, ERP & BI tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Age: Around 40 years preferred.
