**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences, thoughtfully integrating feedback from team members and users to optimize design outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces.
- Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys.
- Continuously refine and iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and input from stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of design systems and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive design language across the platform.
- Maintain consistency and alignment across all design assets and touchpoints, enhancing brand coherence.
- Present and articulate design concepts and their underlying rationale effectively to stakeholders.
- Operate in a dynamic Agile environment, balancing self-direction with collaboration to meet fast-paced deadlines.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, proactively recommending design enhancements based on insights.

**Qualifications**:

- ** 5 to 7 years of experience** as a UX/UI Designer, preferably within SaaS-based environments, with a demonstrated track record of impactful design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
- ** Strong portfolio** showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects, with clear explanations of design rationale and decision-making, illustrating a thoughtful approach to solving user experience challenges
- ** Familiarity with Material Design** principles and guidelines, with the ability to implement consistent, scalable design systems
- ** Ability to create and customize illustrations and icons** to enhance user interfaces, delivering a cohesive and visually appealing experience
- ** In-depth knowledge of user-centered design processes** and usability heuristics, with a user-first approach to solving complex design challenges
- ** Strong visual design skills** with expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy, creating interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging
- ** Experience working in an Agile development environment,** collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to iterate and improve designs based on feedback
- ** Excellent communication and collaboration skills,** capable of articulating design decisions and rationale effectively to both design and non-design stakeholders
- ** Up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and methodologies,** with an eagerness to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- ‍**Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
