Job Title: UI/UX Designer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in India. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant and user-friendly designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of previous UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with motion design and animation principles.

**Salary**: ₹200,050.52 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
