**About Life Skill Learnings**

**Team Summary**:
This role is parts of Life Skill Learnings Operations team. Operations team is responsible for executing end-to-end lifecycle of customer’s journey with us.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Operations Executive will be responsible for:

- Connecting with new customers and instructors and set up trial class, obtain feedback for trial class, set up regular class on our Learning Management System
- Coordinate for any changes in the class schedule, frequency, fee, etc. based on student or instructor availability and notices
- Coordinate each and all communication with parents based on company’s policy and announcements, including marketing promotions
- Coordinate onboarding of new customers
- Help in searching, testing, and onboarding of new instructors
- Any other duties as may be assigned time to time relevant to Operations role.

Since we are an online education institute who primarily caters to students abroad, this position does not have fixed hours and offers flexibility to work from anywhere anytime. However, person is expected to be available normally to coordinate with other team members from marketing, operations, finance, and IT. This is a full-time job and about 40 hours per week is expected. Because of online nature, some weekend, early morning, and evening work is expected.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Have completed bachelor’s degree in arts, engineering, science, management, or communication
- Have your own Windows laptop or desktop with broadband internet, Microsoft Excel and Word, Chrome browser, and a Smartphone with WhatsApp and other Apps
- Have strong written and oral English communication
- Have relevant experience in operations, customer service with direct verbal communication
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to take ownership to generate ideas
- Demonstrate professional behaviour with high quality results

**Preferred Additional Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) tools
- Prior experience in education sector

**Benefits**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
