We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Operations Executive to join our growing vacation rental management company. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. You will be responsible for managing bookings, assisting guests, coordinating with property owners and cleaning staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings and reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Coordinate with property owners to ensure properties are well-maintained and prepared for guest arrivals.
  • Schedule and supervise cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest details, and financial transactions.
  • Update and manage booking calendars across different platforms.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both booked and prospective guests.

Qualifications

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and customer service.
  • Speaking proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Writing proficiency in English.
