Job Overview:

We're looking for a Jr. Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who's highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a fast-paced creative media company.

You'll work closely with the production and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operations and production teams in day-to-day coordination and logistics in handling podcast production.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, schedules, and documentation
  • Assist in guest coordination, vendor communication, and studio bookings
  • Handle invoices, purchase orders, and payment tracking
  • Support the team with resource planning and workflow optimization
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines and internal quality standards
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and team communication systems
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, finance, and marketing)

Candidate Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, production coordination, or project management (internship experience counts)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Excel, or Trello
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in the media, content, or entertainment industry is a strong plus
