**Responsibilities**:
As a full-time People Operations Executive, your role will primarily focus on handling HR operations, client management, and internal employee communication processes. You will play a crucial role in shaping the overall company strategy from an operations perspective. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
- Overseeing client accounts and ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
- Facilitating effective communication channels within the organization, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the company's operational strategies, aligning them with HR objectives.
- Assisting in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify operational needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Handling employee communications, such as company-wide announcements, newsletters, and internal messaging platforms.
- Supporting the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data confidentiality.
- Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Participating in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align operational goals with the overall company strategy.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR operations to recommend improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Working with SPARK+ global team to coordinate processes and meetings.
- In summary, as a People Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing client accounts, facilitating internal employee communication, and contributing to the overall company strategy from an operations perspective.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in using technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
