HighLevel is adding a People Ops Generalist to our growing People team in India. This role will be responsible for supporting and implementing People Ops initiatives that support the growth of our team members and enhance the employee experience of our HighLevelers.

A resource for our international team members and our front line managers, our People Ops Generalist will help drive engagement and culture across our distributed workforce and partner with leadership on our diversity and inclusion initiatives. This role will work closely with the Head of People Operations to support our external and internal talent strategies while also supporting other human resources functions such as performance management, employee relations, retention, employee communications and engagement, career development and learning and development.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct Orientation, employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
- Partner with our third party consultant to establish and maintain the POSH training program.
- Support the People Ops team with communication and delivery of HR initiatives.
- Drive engagement and culture across the organization.
- Provide management with guidance on handling performance issues, corrective action plans, and involuntary terminations.
- Host a bi-monthly People Operations open office hours for all international team members.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with the creation of job descriptions.
- Counsel and advise first line management.
- Conduct exit and stay interviews, summarize findings, and discuss trends and concerns with senior management.
- Demonstrate and support company initiatives and strategy to engage, recognize and reward staff at all levels.
- Assist with the performance management and review process.
- Partner with the People Ops team to create and implement engagement surveys including annual, pulse, new hire and exit interviews.
- Manage off-boarding process including exit interviews, completing necessary documentation and managing final pay with payroll.
- Support with any other People Ops projects, as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility
- Experience collaborating with business management teams and forging strong relationships.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly.
- Experience supporting and/or building materials for employee engagement, training, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Strong Google sheets and expert level excel proficiency
- Previous experience with HR information systems is required
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams
- Knowledge of BambooHR a plus
