Job Title: HR Business Partner - Employee Relations and Engagement

Location: Remote, India

Shift Timing: US Overlap Shift with flexibility for global team collaboration

Position Overview:
Core responsibilities:
Employee Engagement and Culture Development:

- Design and execute global employee engagement initiatives tailored to different regions.
- Develop and maintain employee event calendars for each region and drive participation.
- Foster a cohesive culture in a remote environment by promoting fun and innovative activities.

Employee Relations and Grievance Management:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Represent HR on the POSH committee and handle related responsibilities.
- Provide proactive support and solutions to employees to enhance workplace satisfaction.

Metrics and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze engagement metrics, employee pulse survey results, and other key data.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management with actionable insights.

Global Collaboration:

- Build strong connections with global employees and foster open communication channels.
- Partner with regional teams to adapt engagement strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
- Collaborate across time zones to ensure inclusivity and alignment in initiatives.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

- Stay updated on employment laws and compliance requirements, particularly in India.
- Provide guidance and ensure adherence to HR policies and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations, engagement, or culture-building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees across all levels and regions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR technology, collaboration tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements in India.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and is flexible with work hours to accommodate global teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a remote or global organization.
- Familiarity with employee engagement tools and platforms.

Shift Timings :Eastern Hours ( Night Shift )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
