Zuora Certified Administrator

1. Manage Zuora configurations: The administrator should be able to configure and manage the

various Zuora features such as products and pricing, subscriptions, billing and payments, invoicing,

and revenue recognition.

2. Maintain Zuora data: The administrator should be able to manage Zuora data by adding, updating,

and deleting data as required. They should be able to create custom fields, objects, and layouts.

3. Troubleshoot issues: The administrator should be able to troubleshoot any issues related to Zuora

such as errors, bugs, and user issues. They should be able to resolve these issues promptly and

effectively.

4. Manage integrations: The administrator should be able to manage integrations between Zuora

and other systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and accounting software.

5. Provide training and support: The administrator should be able to provide training and support to

end-users on how to use Zuora effectively.

6. Stay up-to-date with Zuora updates and best practices: The administrator should keep up-to-date

updates and best practices to the Zuora instance they manage.

7. Communicate effectively: The administrator should be able to communicate effectively with

stakeholders, including business owners, developers, and end-users.

Overall, a Zuora Administrator certification holder should have a good understanding of Zuora and

be able to use it effectively to manage subscription-based businesses. They should also have strong

problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other stakeholders
