**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage Active Directory (AD) infrastructure in an organization, ensuring security, scalability, and best practices.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for secure authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies across the organization.
- Perform user identity and access management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, and ADFS issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement security best practices for identity and access management, including MFA, conditional access, and audit policies.
- Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Support integration with cloud identity solutions (Azure AD, Office 365, etc.).
- Document AD architecture, configurations, policies, and procedures for audit and compliance purposes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of experience managing Active Directory (AD) and ADFS in an organization.
- Proven experience in implementing AD from scratch, including domain controller setup, replication, and security hardening.
- Strong knowledge of ADFS, SSO, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, NTLM).
- Experience managing Azure AD and hybrid identity solutions.
- Expertise in DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IAM security best practices, MFA, and RBAC policies.
- Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning for directory services.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with IT, security, and business teams.

**Preferred Certifications (Optional but Preferred)**:

- **Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)**:

- **Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)**:

- **Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate**:

- **CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification**
