Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Windows System Administrator to join our IT team. The role involves managing and supporting Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and core IT infrastructure, including DHCP, DNS, LAN, desktop support, and security configurations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network connectivity.
  • Provide desktop and end-user support, ensuring smooth daily IT operations.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and other security best practices.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and regular maintenance.
  • Ensure data protection through backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
  • Maintain IT documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and LAN.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and MFA implementation.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
  • Knowledge of IT security practices and system hardening.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104).
  • Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
