**Job Summary**:
As a System Administrator with a focus on server management, the primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of our organization's server infrastructure. This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers to guarantee high availability, security, and optimum performance. The expertise of the System Administrator is crucial in supporting the IT infrastructure and providing reliable services to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Server Deployment and Configuration: Responsible for installing and configuring new servers to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal setup for performance and security.
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor server performance, analyze system logs, and perform tuning to enhance server efficiency and resource use.
- Security Management: Implement and uphold server security measures, including access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to protect data and block unauthorized access.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Formulate and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity during system failures.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Address and solve server-related incidents, offering prompt and effective technical support.
- Capacity Planning: Anticipate server resource requirements based on growth projections and plan capacity expansions to accommodate future needs.
- Network Integration: Work in tandem with network administrators and other IT teams for smooth server integration into the broader IT infrastructure.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of server configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure server compliance with industry standards and participate in audits as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in a System Administrator role with a specialization in server management.
- Deep understanding of server operating systems (Linux, Ubuntu) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
- Skilled in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation purposes.
- Well-versed in network protocols, security fundamentals, and best practices.
- Competent in identifying and fixing server hardware and software problems.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
