**Summary**
- Qualified and experienced Infrastructure and Systems Administrator to fully own our server infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments. This role is critical to ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance while supporting ongoing deployments and operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- End-to-end ownership of all server infrastructure lifecycle: estimating/sizing, provisioning, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and renewal.
- Manage and monitor Cloud/on-premise deployments, including storage and networking components, GPUs, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain on-prem and edge devices, including firmware updates and performance tuning. Set up and manage automated backups, ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and test them regularly.
- Provide technical support during deployments, coordinate with developers and project teams to meet system requirements.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and implement timely solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast infrastructure needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Work with PHP and PowerShell scripts for automation and system configuration tasks.
- Support DevOps workflows, infrastructure as code practices, including CI/CD pipelines and configuration management
- Manage and optimize database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices
- Document configurations, procedures, and changes
- Conduct training sessions with clients to guide them through setup and usage
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure production/Go-Live readiness and post-deployment support Requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in infrastructure/system administration roles, especially in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem + hybrid).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of multiple cloud services, including VMs, storage accounts, GPUs, networking, backup tools, monitoring systems, and basic security best practices.
- Familiarity with edge computing and managing remote hardware deployments.
- Proficiency in PHP and PowerShell scripting
- Solid experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Experience managing and optimizing relational and non-relational databases
- Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), managing Kubernetes clusters in production and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in dynamic environments. preferred: MS Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, CompTIA Cloud+
