**Description**

Pardot Administrators (now branded as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement administrators, part of Salesforce) are responsible for managing and configuring the Pardot platform to support a company’s marketing automation efforts. Their role bridges marketing and technology, ensuring that Pardot is optimized to generate and nurture leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1) User Management
Set up and manage users, roles, and permissions.
Train team members on using Pardot effectively.

2) Automation Setup
Build and manage automation rules, engagement programs, and dynamic lists.
Create lead nurturing and scoring models.

3) CRM Integration
Ensure seamless syncing between Pardot and Salesforce.
Troubleshoot sync errors and maintain data quality.

4) Campaign Management
Track campaign performance and engagement.

5) Data Management
Manage segmentation lists and tag prospects.
Import/export data securely and in compliance with regulations.

6) Reporting and Analytics
Monitor campaign metrics and marketing ROI.
Generate reports for stakeholders.

7) Compliance
Ensure GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other privacy laws are adhered to.
Implement opt-in processes and data retention policies.

3-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Understanding of marketing automation best practices
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies
Analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance data

Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist
Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant
