**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Tableau Server Administrator to join our team as a part-time trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering structured training to our students on how to effectively manage and administer Tableau Server environments. You will guide learners through the administration process, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance their Tableau Server proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality, hands-on Tableau Server Administration training to students.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of Tableau Server architecture, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Develop and present training materials and resources, such as slides, guides, and hands-on exercises.
- Assist students with real-world problem-solving scenarios related to Tableau Server administration.
- Answer questions and provide feedback to students during training sessions.
- Ensure that students understand concepts like server management, data connections, user permissions, and performance optimization.
- Support students in completing assignments and exercises.
- Track and report student progress and provide feedback where necessary.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Proven expertise in Tableau Server Administration**, including installation, configuration, user permissions, data connections, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with **Tableau Server architecture and components**, including Tableau Services Manager (TSM), backup and recovery, and security practices.
- Demonstrated experience working with large-scale Tableau Server environments.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Previous experience as a **trainer or instructor** in a technical environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Ability to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of different learner levels.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Tableau Certification** (e.g., Tableau Server Certified Associate or Tableau Server Certified Professional).
- Familiarity with **Tableau Online** and **Tableau Prep**.
- Previous experience creating **training content** or course materials.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a part-time, flexible role with a total course duration of 30-40 hours.
- The trainer will be expected to provide 1 hour of training per weekday and 2 hours on weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
