**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Jira Administration**:

- Manage and maintain the Jira platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Create and configure projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes.
- Administer user accounts and permissions.
- **Issue and Sprint Management**:

- Create, configure, and manage issues, sprints, and program increments (PIs).
- Develop and maintain custom issue types, fields, screens, and workflows.
- Oversee backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
- **Customization and Scripting**:

- Utilize ScriptRunner and other Jira plugins to automate tasks and enhance functionality.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts for workflows, post functions, and validations.
- Implement custom fields and ensure their proper integration with Jira processes.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to Jira users across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations and plugins.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Jira features, plugins, and best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to Jira processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their Jira-related needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Jira issue creation, sprint management, and program increments (PIs).
- Proficiency with ScriptRunner and other Jira plugins.
- Experience with custom fields, workflows, and automation in Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Atlassian certification (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator).
- Experience with other Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with other tools.

Pay: ₹331,305.32 - ₹1,397,510.91 per year
