**Profile Summary**:We are looking to hire Jira Administrator who can help in upgrading our project's current Jira Service Desk as it better aligns with ITIL standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Move to latest version of Jira Service Desk
- Redesign landing page
- Build/Expand Reporting Metrics Dashboards & Filters
- New Categories, Workflows & SLA’s that best reflect our current process and are aligned with ITIL standards
- Knowledgebase/FAQ Integration.
