Job Description:

- Responsible for writing answer to user's feedback online, ensure that customers are satisfied with the services and that their needs are met;
- Following up with customers, ensure that their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the services；
- Familiar with all settings and activities within the App, capable of providing users with answers regarding various basic settings.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, highly-responsible, and able to work under pressure;
- Patience and empathy, need to be patient, empathetic, and able to handle difficult or upset customers in a professional and courteous manner;
- Problem-solving skills, should be able to identify and solve customer problems quickly and effectively;
- Excellent Hindi and English writing and reading skills.
