**Salary - Full Time - 8-9 LPA**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage **PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Quora Ads, and Reddit Ads t**o achieve company goals.
- Develop and monitor remarketing campaigns to re-engage visitors.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Utilize Typeform and Zoho Form to create engaging forms for lead generation.
- Integrate and manage leads within ZOHO CRM to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
- Implement and manage tracking solutions using **Google Tag Manager (GTM) and set up analytics with GA4 **to monitor campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize performance to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with PPC and digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly with PPC campaigns and digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Quora Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and forms for lead generation.
- Familiarity with ZOHO CRM, Typeform, and Zoho Form.
- Proficient in **GTM and GA4 setup **and analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
