Inside Sales Executive

**We are hiring for Inside Sales,**
**#Job Type : Full Time**
**#Location : Pune**
**#Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Sales Pipeline Management:
- **Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**3. Customer Relationship Management:
- **Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts.Conduct virtual meetings and product demos to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.Provide consultative sales support, addressing customer inquiries and offering relevant solutions.
**4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- **Work closely with the Sales/marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and product insights to internal teams.
**5. Reporting & Analysis:
- **Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and progress against targets.Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
**#Qualifications**:
**Experience**:3-4 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in enterprise solutions or B2B technology sales.
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of enterprise solutions, SaaS, or software sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
