Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Digital Marketing
Experience Required: 2 Years – 3 Years
About Us:
Nio Stars Technologies LLP is a growing cybersecurity solutions provider dedicated to helping organizations safeguard their digital assets. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can contribute to our inside sales and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital campaigns.
- Manage and nurture prospects through the sales funnel to closure.
- Support in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduation: IT background – BCA / BCS / B.E. / B.Tech
- Masters: MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales and/or digital marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry will be an added advantage.
Location: Pune (Kharadi)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹650,000.00 per year
