Prospera Soft ), a software development company based in Kharadi, Pune, specializes in custom software solutions using cutting-edge technologies. We are expanding our lead generation efforts to acquire new clients from the overseas market.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales for a custom software development company, specifically targeting international clients. This role is crucial for our growth as you will be responsible for bringing new overseas clients onboard and building a strong sales pipeline.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or as a Business Development Manager (BDM). Experience with tools like Drift, HubSpot, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Slintel, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through various channels, including platforms like Upwork, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Client Outreach: Proactively connect with potential clients on LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Sales Pitching: Showcase Prospera Soft's extensive portfolio to discover and qualify new leads.
- Bidding: Bid on projects and opportunities on various online portals.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of leads.
- Reporting: Create and present regular reports to provide stakeholders with visibility into lead generation activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 1 to 7 years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record in a similar role (e.g., Business Development Manager, Sales Executive).
- Communication: Fluent English speaking skills are essential.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of various technology stacks is required.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in generating sales and meeting targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
