Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for market research services.
- Respond to inbound leads and client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads, identify client needs, and propose relevant market research solutions.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the business development and research teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the inbound sales funnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in market research/consulting is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and map them to tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
