**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor records
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle mail, courier, and document dispatch
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in a front office or administrative role preferred
