Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling Customer/ Guest enquiries and complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing guests and employees.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration or related course.
- 3+ years of front desk experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu Languages.
- Working knowledge of computer software, Excel, Word, Spreadsheets and Presentation tools.
