**Job Purpose**
- Lead the Partnership agenda with Handset companies.
- Closely work with Device OEMs to have a strong eco system play on 5G readiness, E Sim capabilities
- Build scalable propositions with OEMs to make Vi the preferred brand for Smartphones

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Lead the partnership with Handset companies
- Scale the Handset bundling propositions for higher share of smartphones in Vi
- Be a thought leader on device strategy and a strong voice in the device eco system along with OEMs, chip manufacturers
- Develop a digital model with E com players
- Work with partners on service subsidy and Device subsidy offers for higher smartphone play
- Work with prepaid and postpaid product teams for Handset offers and premiumization agenda

- Strong orientation to forge long term partnership
- Strong drive to take a concept to implementation stage
- Strong stakeholder management. Competent and confident in relationship building
- Proven ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams in a matrix

environment
- Strong bias for action
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points among internal teams & partners
- Understanding of Digital ecosystem and technology stack required for bringing offers to customer

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

MBA background will have added advantage however not necessary
