- Job Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, MEP, furniture, move, Responsible for ensuring project is executed within defined schedule and budget
- Oversee all aspects relating to the planning, design, construction and occupancy of medium to large business offices and call center projects
- Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
- Manage annual capital planning process
- Coordinate with Construction Managers and the Supply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project
- Carry out plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction
- Plan, manage and coordinate minor workspace modifications & construction activities in the region and ensure they are in compliance with various OHS/EHS, Access, Fire &
- Safety standards
- Chair weekly project meetings with consultants and internal partners, attend all IT project meetings to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to
- all internal groups as required
- Spearhead project in full
- Contribute to the creation of strategic market growth plan (5 year MSA & CSA plans), including store growth targets, target markets
- Manage Architect/Interior Designer/Procurement Agent
- Bidding and negotiating General Contractor Services
- Bidding General Contractor Services
- Evaluate scope of work and pricing for all activities prior to release to Network
- Operations and/or Network Development team(s) to ensure they meet required budgetary restraints
- Conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, inspection programs, using specified control measuring and testing equipment
- Performed scheduled financial and operational analysis and reporting to illustrate controls over the actual, planned and proposed spend of capital
- Work with the director and in partnership with corporate finance and risk to deliver against policy, guidelines and approved budgets
- Assess submissions for completeness and compliance
- Coordinate with and trains stakeholders on our systems, processes and procedures
- Manage business expectations through effective communication to coincide with the execution schedule
