RAN Operation is a specialized skill Job & considering Installed base size, No. of OEM, various Technologies & type of Equipment available in the Network:

- To maintain RNA above 99.5%, >16 Circles meeting 4G RNA & >80% Top 10 cities meeting RNA KPI
- To maintain RAN Controller Node SA faults Less than 1 P1 Incident per week, NSA faults below 40 & to maintain, Weekly P1 & P2 Incident governance
- To maintain Active Outage 4G & 5G (
