Job Title: OEM Sales Executive / Manager
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Particle Board & Plywood / Building Material
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop OEM business opportunities in the particle board and plywood segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen makers, interior contractors, and allied OEM clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management and new client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to explore new OEM tie-ups and partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with OEM customers.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor activities with management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in OEM / B2B sales in particle board, plywood, laminates, or allied building material industry.
- Strong OEM customer network in Mumbai and Western India region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
