Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic National Sales Head to lead and expand our Adhesives business across India. The role requires a result-oriented leader who can drive revenue growth, build strong channel
s
and OEM networks, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with Chembond's long-term growth vision.

  • Develop the adhesives business to achieve annual growth and profitability targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a pan-India sales team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and partnerships with OEMs.
  • Work closely with R&D,
    Manufacturing
    and Marketing teams to align product portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies with market needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales plans.
  • Drive effective sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking through CRM and MIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and credit control guidelines.
  • Represent the business at industry events, key customer meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
