Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oncology National Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Oncology National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, planning business operations, overseeing budgets, and managing a sales team. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the marketing and finance teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Planning and Budgeting
  • Proven Account Management and Sales skills
  • Team Management skills and experience leading a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Operational knowledge of oncology products and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
