**Job Purpose**

Responsible for the Callertunes, Sports and Contest content services. Define and drive the product strategy and road map including GTM, usage and retention achieve budgeted revenues

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

Revenues:
Deliver Revenues as per budgets

New Product Development:

- Conceptualize and define new products to meet overall roadmap for the VAS businesses
- Launch new products and services as per the roadmap with adequate ROIs and huge revenue push
- Improve customer experience by developing and implementing process improvements, product changes and by improving user experience. Maintaining a high recall value for existing products and developing easy access mechanism for new products.

Product Marketing:

- Usage and Retention: Planning and execution of effective UNR campaigns in order to ensure revenue growth and better usage of products
- Promotions: Guide circle teams on building and executing BTL promotions.

People Management:

- Managing cross functional internal teams and partners for new product launches and providing regular updates on existing products, processes and updates.
- Promotions: Support circle teams on building and executing effective BTL promotions

Analytics:

- Regular tracking of product performance on various parameters.
- Analysis and Implementing best practices for subscriber base management/content which work across circles

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Drive and deliver revenues for the vertical as per the budgets
- Recommend & Implement the product strategy
- Driving Usage and Retention and Promotion Plans
- Managing cross functional people effectively providing analytical support and inputs to management and circles, for the vertical.
- Negotiate & Recommend on the revenue share deals with platform and content partners
- Product Development and Marketing
- Managing cross functional team of 24 people indirectly
- Managing Partners.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- A MBA with more than 8-10 years of work experience
- Ability to work in dynamic, high-growth, regulatory compliance driven environments
- At least 7 - 10 years’ experience with a telecom operator / partner - either in U & R or VAS (Marketing)
- Telecom operational experience - platforms, systems and billing
- Strong product management skills
- Knowledge / Exposure to other VAS verticals / Content companies will be an added advantage
- Having handled vendor evaluation, negotiation & contracts

Strong communication and decision making skills
