**Startup Operations Associate (Founder’s Office)** Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Type: Full-Time (Freshers, Students, or Career Re-starters Welcome) **About the Role** Arkansh Genesis Pvt Ltd, founded by **Viral Patel**, is building at the intersection of **AI consulting, import/export, skill development, and personal branding** — all from a high-energy founder’s office in Ahmedabad. We’re looking for a **sharp, trustworthy, and tech-comfortable Operations Associate** who thrives on **variety, speed, and ownership**. Think of this role as becoming the **founder’s second brain** — part operations, part admin, part research, and part sanity-saver. **Key Responsibilities** - **Founder Enablement**: Manage calendar, meetings, follow-ups, agendas, and documents. - **Operation Tech Skills**: Work with Product/Task Management tools like Notion, JIRA and Google Suite Tools - Sheets, Docs, Drive, Keep, Calendar etc; - **Digital Media Handing**:Upload/manage digital content on social media. - **Admin & Ops**: Organize files, track expenses, manage errands, vendors, and travel logistics. - **Procurement & Office Management**: Purchase supplies, negotiate smarter buys, maintain the office. - **Research & Networking**: Scout communities, incubators, vendors, and interns; help with hiring. - **Personal Assistance**: Handle trips, subscriptions, appointments, and family/vendor coordination and other random personal tasks on behalf of the founder. **Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For (Most Important)** - **Street-smart & solution-oriented** — you don’t panic, you solve. - **Super organized** — you thrive on lists, reminders, decluttering chaos and are a perfectionist at heart. - **Energy matters** — we’re a high-energy, problem-solving team.
