**Designation: Business Operations Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Share fresh and carry-forwarded leads to the call center for daily calling, ensuring timely distribution at specific intervals (10 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM).
- Purchase and process 20 buy leads daily from the client’s Indiamart portal.
- Share relevant product catalogs with leads who have shown interest in specific products, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Regularly update and maintain all operational files and folders to keep records up to date.
- Analyze the performance of call center agents based on daily calling reports and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and update agent attendance records to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Prepare campaign-wise lead qualification reports and share them with clients, including detailed data files and analysis.
- Coordinate weekly with the call center to review agent call recordings and ensure quality standards are met.
- Visit the call center twice a week for discussions with managers and agents to ensure alignment on goals and performance.
- Assist in monthly performance review meetings with clients, preparing relevant data and reports to support decision-making.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to review performance and prepare actionable insights.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with teams and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow within a professional environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with internship experience in operations or client coordination are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
