Job Description: Sr. Lead Qualification Associate

Role Overview

The Sr. Lead Qualification Associate will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of lead executives who handle incoming B2B leads, ensure proper qualification, nurturing, and timely follow-ups. This role emphasizes process management, team coordination, and reporting — with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion readiness, rather than direct client handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of lead executives managing B2B leads.
  • Allocate and monitor leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate qualification.
  • Track lead progress, pipeline status, and closure timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Coach and motivate the team to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams for seamless lead handovers.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS/reports on lead qualification, conversions, and team performance.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in lead qualification, lead management, or inside sales (B2B, telesales, or D2C preferred).
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification processes and CRM/lead management tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, and goal-focused mindset.
