**Job Title - Business Associate**

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Associate at Sahay Consultancy Group in Ahmedabad. As a Business Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting various business functions, contributing to our organization's overall growth and success. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting and develop a strong foundation in business operations.

**Job Role / Key Responsibilities / Key Result Areas**

▪ Conduct on-site collaboration with clients to comprehend their business objectives and operational challenges.

▪ Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

▪ Analyze data sets, identify trends, and deliver insightful recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

▪ Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various business domains, including HR,

Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Strategy.

▪ Manage and handle client relationships effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and understanding their evolving requirements.

▪ Exhibit a strong willingness to learn, coupled with efficient multi-tasking and ownership of projects.

▪ Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools and techniques

(e.g., Excel, Tableau).

▪ Engage in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

▪ Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both within the team and with clients.

▪ Work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

▪ Utilize strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking in addressing business challenges.

▪ Provide your own laptop and vehicle for travel to client sites, which may include remote locations.

**Minimum Education Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,

Management, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualification**:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Possess relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) to demonstrate professional expertise (certifications are a plus).

**Financial Remuneration**:In accordance with the experience
