**Job Title: Operations Associate ( Night Shift)**

**Work Hours: US East Coast Time Zone (Night Shift IST)**

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing US-based distributor of medical devices serving hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across the country. Our team is dedicated to ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. We are currently expanding our remote operations team and seeking a detail-oriented **Operations Associate** with excellent English communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate order processing, shipping, and logistics for medical device deliveries to US clients
- Do LinkedIn marketing to distributors and doctors
- Update and maintain records on CRM, ERP, or inventory management platforms
- Generate and review invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents
- Track shipments and ensure timely resolution of delays or issues
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and data entry
- Provide administrative support to the US operations team
- Respond promptly to internal queries and escalate issues when needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- **Excellent written and spoken English communication skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in back-office operations, logistics, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and general comfort with digital tools
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work **night shifts aligned with US business hours**

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with US clients or in medical device/healthcare logistics
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Hubspot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
