**Job Summary**:
**Location**: Manek Chowk, Ahmedabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: 10,000 to 20,000/- Per Month

**Timing**: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Input, verify, and maintain data in systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage large volumes of data entry tasks including numeric and text data.
- **Microsoft Word**:

- Create, format, and manage Word documents.
- Perform editing and proofreading to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Generate reports, letters, and other documents as required.
- **Microsoft Excel**:

- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform basic to intermediate Excel functions (e.g., data sorting, formulas, charts, pivot tables).
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using Excel tools.
- **System Operations**:

- Monitor and maintain computer systems and operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot software or hardware issues.
- Assist in the maintenance of files, records, and databases.
- **General Administrative Duties**:

- Organise and file digital and paper documents.
- Ensure proper data backup and archiving processes.
- Support other departments as required with data entry and document processing.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or associate degree in computer science is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to perform intermediate functions.
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of computer operations and software troubleshooting.
