We are searching for an Operations Associate, who is enthusiastic and a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. S/he manages assigned customer Subscriptions & Operational tasks by maintaining high levels of analyzing and reporting accuracy.

**Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager, with all the Customer Subscriptions, Payments, and Operational Tasks
- Manage Subscriptions database, keeping accurate and detailed records
- Be the Coordinator for Operations & Subscription activity and respond to all subscription-related queries
- Manage Customer records and Operational Tasks
- Prepare Weekly / Monthly / Half Yearly and Annual Reports
- Assist the Operations Manager with Partner Commission Correspondence and Calculation

**Required skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel & Google Sheet formulas
- Excellent Organizational skills - including the ability to manage your own workload efficiently
- Attention to detail and ready to learn & adopt new things quickly
- Experience in working with customer databases
- Ability to produce Subscriptions reports and analyze sets of data
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work well sometimes on unorganized sets of data
- Ability to investigate errors in a systematic and thorough manner, demonstrating high levels of attention to detail
- A conscientious, reliable, and professional attitude to work
- Experience of working with online payment processing systems (e.g. Stripe) is nice to have
