The Operations Support Agent-Associate is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient workflow of defined operational task.. This role involves a variety of tasks, including handling communications, managing packages, use of digital devices and equipment’s, and assisting with all logistics related activities.
Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
