The Operations Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm.With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Operations Associate helps monitor smooth functioning of our systems, processes KYC requests, onboards new clients and more

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily Mutual Fund operations such as:

- Handling transaction requests
- KYCs for first time investors
- Reconciliation with RTAs (CAMS & Karvy)
- Interact with AMCs & RTA to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Onboarding new clients (KYC, account opening and answering any queries they have)
- Provide live chat support to the users
- Interacting with users over the phone to solve queries
- Gather feedback from users and provide the same to engineering and product teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Internship in AMC or broking firm is an extra advantage for this position
- Basic knowledge of mutual fund and KYC process
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong command over English is a must
- Detailed oriented and well organized
