Job Description:

As an Associate in Operations & Communications, you will be responsible for assisting students and prospective clients through various communication channels, providing updates, reminders, and managing operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Call-Based Support
  • Assist students and clients with queries and issues over the phone.
  • Provide information about courses, admissions, and enrollment processes.
  • Follow up on pending queries and unresolved matters to ensure student satisfaction.
  • 2. Email-Based Support
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and provide detailed information.
  • Resolve issues, send confirmations, brochures, and follow-up reminders.
  • Keep track of pending actions and ensure all communications are followed through.
  • 3. WhatsApp-Based Support
  • Send timely updates about schedules, upcoming events, and important information.
  • Respond to student queries and provide notifications via WhatsApp.
  • Manage group communications, send reminders, and engage with students.
  • 4. Payment Reminder and Follow-Up
  • Send reminders for upcoming or overdue payments to students.
  • Follow up with students regarding missed payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Maintain records of payment status, actions taken, and updates provided.
  • 5. Regular Updates and Notifications
  • Communicate timely updates and changes to students regarding courses and schedules.
  • Utilize multiple platforms (WhatsApp, email, phone) for follow-ups and reminders.
  • Collect student feedback and ensure a high level of engagement.
  • 6. Facilitation in Batch and Admission Processes
  • Coordinate course batches and manage transitions between sessions.
  • Assist with the admission process, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Keep students informed about their application status and ensure smooth communication throughout.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, operations, or similar roles preferred. Freshers or students with relevant skills and full-time availability are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is required.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media: Basic understanding and interest in digital marketing and social media is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Must be organized, punctual, hardworking, and have a strong intent to learn and grow.

Compensation:

The annual salary will range from 2.4 LPA to 4 LPA, depending on previous experience and skills.
