To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Associate Operator within the Manufacturing team This position will be located in Viramgam.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

- Operating and monitoring equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
- Milling equipment: You will need to have a basic understanding of milling equipment such as hammer mills, roller mills, and sifters. These machines are used to grind corn and other grains into a valuable product.
- Separation equipment: You will also need to have knowledge of separation equipment such as centrifuges, screens, and hydro cyclones. These machines are used to separate the starch from the other components of the corn.
- Instrumentation and controls: You will need to be familiar with instrumentation and controls such as temperature sensors, pressure gauges, and flow meters. These instruments are used to monitor and control the various processes involved in starch and corn wet milling.
- Safety procedures: You will need to be aware of safety procedures and regulations related to the handling of chemicals and equipment. You will need to follow strict safety protocols to ensure that you and your colleagues are safe while working in the production plant.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
- Collecting and analyzing samples to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Monitoring and adjusting process variables to maintain product specifications.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving equipment and process issues.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Recording and maintaining production data and records.
- Participating in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or equivalent

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also important. Additional training may be provided on the job to develop specific skills related to the starch and corn wet milling process.
