**About Yuja**

**About the Role**
- Customer support activities (telephonic and on-field)
- Marketing activities (telephonic and on-field)
- Customer engagement activities
- Data collection by using Yuja software (on-field)
- Day-to-day operations support for all Yuja products

**Basic Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum qualification: HSC, Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Spoken Gujarati (good), spoken Hindi (good), spoken English (basic)
- Ability to use mobile apps, desktop/laptop, and computers
- Ability to use office software (MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs)
- Must have a scooter/bike - local travel required

**Other Details**

Location: Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
