Sales & Relationship Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
- Identify potential buyers through cold calling, networking, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Follow up on leads and schedule property visits.
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:
- Present and promote properties to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits, explain project features, and assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Address client queries and provide professional guidance on property purchases.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Suggest improvements to sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless property handovers and documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
