Area Sales Executive- Vet

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Map and strengthen Vet coverage
- Plan and deploy PJP to optimize vet clinics coverage on regular basis
- Trained vets and their staff about RC products and Nutritional answers.
- Drive recommendation through continuous engagement
- Work closely with Vet college
- Consistent sales performance to meet the assigned sales target
- To implement merchandising solution for Vet clinic
- Deploy Vet marketing program successful in the Vet channel.
- Active participation in Vet related events e.g. Dog shows, Trainings and seminars in the area
- Report and assess the PJP visit efficiency and basis sales call protocol to drive sustainable growth
- Assure compliance of all Policies, Principles, Procedures and practices of the company.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Assure timely collection of all account receivables from Vets
- Communication with vet communities: Partnership with vet universities.

**Scope**:
We expect form this role that it helps us to develop our business and awareness in vet pillar of the organization. Therefore he or she has to spend a major time of his job in developing and engaging vets and to train the clients regarding Royal Canin products.
