Negotiation, Drafting and Vetting of various legal agreements such as non-disclosure

agreement, Service Agreement, Distribution Agreement, IT Agreement, Marketing

Agreement etc.
- To draft and execute Leave and License Agreement.
- To provide legal opinion to internal department viz, underwriters, claims, complaints

etc.
- To prepare and reply to complaint on behalf of the Organization.
- Prepare police complaint and reply to any authority on behalf of the Organization.
- Maintain MIS and prepare presentation for

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Legal drafting: 1 year (preferred)
- LLB: 1 year (required)
- Legal & compliance: 1 year (preferred)
